„While in my work I employ a number of different mediums, the focus is on performance. Every painting is a result of a performance and from a Fluxus interdisciplinary view, every performance is a result of living. My performative work produces tangible results and digital documentation, allowing for three perspectives simultaneously. Through the production of art, I aim to penetrate the viewer’s subconscious, creating a meditative state or sensation that provoke contemplation. Allowing for space to think about who you are and why you feel the way you do. I suggest pondering the rules, written and unwritten, of any given space or place. Stay and reveal in the mystery what may or can happen. I aim to raise questions about the human condition and the unnecessary barriers between humans and humanity. Using the body as a basis for criticism addressed to human social behaviours, as well as representing the physical sphere as a political tool or a reflection of a social phenomenon.“ (HANNAH BERESTIZHEVSKY)

„In meiner Arbeit verwende ich zwar eine Reihe verschiedener Medien, aber der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Performance. Jedes Gemälde ist das Ergebnis einer Performance, und aus der interdisziplinären Sicht von Fluxus ist jede Performance ein Ergebnis des Lebens. Meine performative Arbeit produziert greifbare Ergebnisse und digitale Dokumentationen, die drei Perspektiven gleichzeitig ermöglichen. Durch die Produktion von Kunst möchte ich in das Unterbewusstsein des Betrachters eindringen und einen meditativen Zustand oder ein Gefühl erzeugen, das zum Nachdenken anregt. Es soll Raum geschaffen werden, um darüber nachzudenken, wer man ist und warum man so fühlt, wie man fühlt. Ich schlage vor, über die geschriebenen und ungeschriebenen Regeln eines bestimmten Raums oder Ortes nachzudenken. Bleiben Sie und enthüllen Sie das Geheimnis dessen, was passieren kann oder darf. Mein Ziel ist es, Fragen über die conditio humana und die unnötigen Barrieren zwischen Mensch und Menschheit aufzuwerfen. Ich nutze den Körper als Grundlage für Kritik an menschlichen sozialen Verhaltensweisen und stelle die physische Sphäre als politisches Werkzeug oder als Spiegelbild eines sozialen Phänomens dar.“(HANNAH BERESTIZHEVSKY)
